We had the same problem many of our clients have: an AI idea, and the distance between that idea and a product people use. So we built one.
RecruitSmartly.ai is our own generative-AI application for the recruiting workflow. It helps with understanding what a job really requires, matching resumes against those requirements, and building a talent pipeline.
Owning a product means we make the same decisions we help clients with, and live with the results.
